Lecture brief
The Importance of Gibraltar’s Military history and it’s Restoration.
This lecture highlights the need for action in preventing further decay and potential loss of important assets of our rich military history. Pete is striving to restore and preserve military hardware and has dedicated much time in this area. He has seen some successes but readily admits there is much more that could be done and should be done. Work in this field will in the longer term pay dividends in telling our story as a people whilst promoting tourism and history studies for future generations.
